“Are you in the wilderness?” by Pastor M.J Lishivha, Wednesday Service, the 17th April 2013.
A place with no path, nowhere to go and mixed up.
If we find ourselves in the wilderness, we must know who to call. The One who will pave a way when there is none. He can pave a way in the sea. One day the Israelites were stuck and faced the sea, they called upon the Lord, even though they were complaining, God had chosen Moses to lead them. The water made a way for them to pass.
Which place did the devil make a blockage in your life? This is the night you cry and shout out to the Lord and ask for help. He will make a way where there is none. He will open a way especially for you.
He knows our hearts. He knows us well.
Ps 78:52-53 “52 But He made His own people go forth like sheep, And guided them in the wilderness like a flock; 53 And He led them on safely, so that they did not fear; But the sea overwhelmed their enemies.” NKJV.
If you find yourself in the wilderness but you know who to call, then the enemies will be defeated.
In the wilderness, growth is difficult. It means if you find yourself in the wilderness then your life will be difficult but even so, you must know where to go, who to call. Sometimes God allows the wilderness so that He can see your heart.
